A unique steppingstone towards an international 职业生涯

The 国际空间站金融研究生课程 is designed to build a talent pipeline of our future 国际空间站 finance leaders. Your journey with 国际空间站 begins with a two-year rotation programme anchored in Group Finance at the global head office in 丹麦 and in our Hub in Warsaw in 波兰, 然后是一年的国际任务.

After successfully completing the programme you will embark on your 职业生涯 at 国际空间站, either at our global head office or in one of our country organisations. 通过研讨会和网络, you will get to know the 国际空间站 business as well as the opportunity share knowledge and best practice with fellow Finance Graduates and trainees from other countries.

Throughout the programme and on your onwards 国际空间站 journey, you will be assigned a mentor – one of our excellent finance leaders – who will act as your coach and sponsor.

Besides having a relevant finance-related master’s degree, 你是个开放的人, curious and dedicated person who preferably already have gained relevant working experience during your studies. You have an ambition of further developing your excellence within the field of your profession to become one of our future leaders.

作为一个人, you are enthusiastic and collaborative holding strong interpersonal skillset as well as an international mindset. In addition, you are proactive, focused and driven in the way you work and interact in a team.

技能

You hold, or are soon about to graduate your master’s degree in e.g. 金融、经济或工商管理专业. 作为一个学习成绩优异的优等生, you apply an analytical and structured approach combined with a commercial mindset.
